1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Astra Solutions payment services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

2. Services

Astra Solutions provides payment processing, gateway and related services. Services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion with reasonable notice.

3. Fees & Settlement

Fees are as specified in your merchant agreement. Astra Solutions reserves the right to adjust fees with 30 days' notice.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Australian law, Astra Solutions' liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 3 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental damages.
